Building the Zeus Sherpa
The Zeus Sherpa stands out for its innovative hybrid construction, combining the advantages of epoxy and foam boards.
This unique design combines several key elements to deliver an optimal surfing experience:
- EPS (Expanded Polystyrene)core: ultra-light and strong, offering excellent buoyancy
- Fiberglass multi-layers: cover the core, providing rigidity and responsiveness
- Epoxy resin: binds the layers, contributing to the board's durability and lightness
- Integral CrokskinEVA foam pad: covers the deck, ensuring good grip without waxing
This combination of materials results in a board that's both light and strong. The Zeus Sherpa offers an optimal balance between performance and durability.
Whether for ease of paddling, responsiveness in maneuvers orimpact resistance, every aspect of construction has been designed to enhance the overall experience.
