Zeus Experience cancellation policy

Here are the proposed cancellation conditions for the Zeus Experience page:

We guarantee the possibility of changing your arrival date free of charge up to 30 days before your original arrival.

If you wish to cancel your stay, here are the cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival: full refund of fees paid.
• Cancellationbetween 90 and 15 days before arrival: 75% of fees refunded.
• Cancellation less than 2 days before arrival: 75% of fees refunded.

In the event of cancellation by you, a fee of 50€ will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Any refunds will be made within 15 working days of receipt of your written request.

Any booking not cancelled or modified in accordance with the procedure will be payable in full.
