1. What is a pre-order?

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve a Zeus surfboard now before it is officially available. This way, you can be sure to get your favorite model as soon as it arrives in our warehouses.

2. What board models are available for pre-order?

Currently you can pre-order the following models:

• Zeus Progress

• Zeus Dolce

• Zeus Sport

• Zeus Classic

3. How to place a pre-order?

To place a pre-order, select the desired model on our website, and follow the checkout process. Be sure to check the estimated delivery date before finalizing your order.

4. When will I receive my surfboard?

Pre-ordered boards are currently in transit to our warehouses. Estimated delivery date is 01/15/2025.

You will find an estimated delivery date on each product page.

5. What are the benefits of the Early Bird program?

By pre-ordering today, you will benefit from exclusive Early Bird discounts. These discounts are valid only during the pre-order period.

6. Are there limited quantities available for pre-order?

Yes, pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a reference is no longer available in the shipment, the pre-order for this model will be closed.

7. What happens in the event of a delivery delay?

In case of delay, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. We undertake to keep you regularly informed of the progress of your order.

9. How can I track my pre-order?

After placing your pre-order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number.

10. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order as long as the board has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us at sav@zeus-surf.com as soon as possible.

11. Are delivery times guaranteed?

The delivery times indicated are provisional and not contractual. We make every effort to respect the delivery dates, but unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our team will keep you informed in the event of any changes.

12. Do pre-orders include a warranty?

Yes, all our Zeus surfboards come with a standard warranty. Warranty details are available on each model's product page.
