Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Our returns policy does not cover used items.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In certain cases, only partial refunds will be granted: (where applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Processing times

Once we have received your return request, we will process it within 4 working days.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if any)
If you haven't yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@zeus-surf.com and send your item to: 530 Route de Piche, 40160 Gastes

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent in value to the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.

We only cover the cost of returns for items with a manufacturing defect or damage (please detail the problem and attach photos to contact@zeus-surf.com with your refund request). For all other products, the return shipping cost is 40 euros.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 €, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
