Withdraw from the contract here — right of withdrawal

You have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason. After this notification, you have 14 days to return the product. A commercial return may be requested up to 30 days after receipt under the conditions of the return policy; this option is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.
