How to put them in in 10 seconds

Place the plug in the applicator provided
Pull your ear back to open the canal
Insert firmly until the plug locks in naturally (don't force it)
Remove the applicator and store it in the tube

Tip: The first time, do it in front of a mirror. After 2-3 tries, you'll do it with your eyes closed.

Frequently asked questions

Do they really change anything for your balance?

Can I use them for diving?

Yes, up to a max depth of 3 metres (freediving, snorkelling). Beyond that, the risk of decompression issues increases.

How do I care for them?

Rinse in fresh water after each session. Disinfect monthly with isopropyl alcohol. Store them in their ventilated tube. They'll last 4-6 years minimum.
