The Longboard 9'0 is the versatile longboard of the Dolce range. With its 74.55L of volume and 9 feet of length, it offers stability, glide and accessibility. Shaped by Johnny Cabianca, this longboard is ideal for surfers of every level who want to catch a maximum of waves. EVA Epoxy construction with wood stringers: the solidity of a softboard that competes with hard boards.
The 9'0 format offers an excellent balance between length and manageability. More manageable than the 9'4, the Longboard 9'0 stays calm and stable through manoeuvres. The square tail gives control and stability. With its 23 inches of width, it provides a stable platform for the take-off, long turns and noseriding.
The 2+1 setup (central fin + 2 stabilizers) combines the drive and glide of a single fin with the control of stabilizers. Unlike a thruster or quad that favours short, punchy turns, the 2+1 favours flowing lines and style. The Longboard 9'0 is the board to catch every wave and progress with pleasure.

The longboard (9'0 and up) is the ultimate format for catching waves. Longer than a mini-mal, it offers maximum stability, outstanding glide and unbeatable paddle power. The longboard lets you surf in conditions where other formats struggle: small mushy waves, weak swell, sessions where nobody's catching anything.
The difference between a longboard and a mini-mal? The longboard favours pure glide, maximum stability and classic style. The mini-mal (7'0-7'10) stays more manageable and easier to transport, but the longboard offers easier paddling and a better ability to catch waves early.
The longboard is also the perfect format to learn the basics of surfing: positioning on the wave, reading the sets, anticipating the take-off. Once you've mastered the longboard, moving to other formats becomes much easier.

Who is it for?
The Longboard 9'0 is aimed at total beginner to intermediate surfers (level 1.1 to 2.1) who want an accessible, versatile format. Ideal build 50-85kg, but it's really the level that counts. If you're just starting out, want to catch a maximum of waves, or are after a fun board for small conditions, the Longboard 9'0 is for you.

The Dolce range comes from the collaboration between Zeus and Johnny Cabianca, shaper of Gabriel Medina's boards. Six models designed to compete with hard boards (Torq, NSP, etc.) while keeping the solidity and safety of an EVA construction. High-performance yet easy boards, made for progressing surfers.
A versatile Egg (Pill 6'6), three progressive mini-mals (Minimal 7'0, 7'6, 7'10), and two accessible longboards (9'0 and 9'4). All models share the same Epoxy EVA construction with 2 wood stringers, reinforced rails, and 4oz + 6oz fibreglass. 2+1 setup (central fin + stabilizers) to favour drive, glide and style.
The Dolce range targets surfers from level 1.1 to 3.2 (total beginner to very advanced). It's the natural progression after the Progress range (level 1.1-1.2, total beginner) and the Classic range (level 2.1-2.2, intermediate). Dolce is the moment you start really surfing, drawing lines and developing your own style.
